Let your customers know they can log in to their Helpling profile to leave you some feedback there by clicking on your name :) Alternatively, there will be a prompt on their app to leave a feedback once the session has been completed :)
Always ask for feedback after each session as this will boost your profile and new customers are more likely to select someone with many good reviews from other customers!
