Everything that you need to know about your customer will be on your Helpling platform :) You can easily find the customer's address by clicking on 'More', then clicking on 'Customer'. Search for the customer of interest and select his/her name. The address should be displayed.
In the case that the address is incomplete, please reach out to the customer directly to ask for the full address. Please update our team on the full address as well so that we can update the customer's profile.
