If you fail to attend a booking, without informing us or the customer, you will receive a strike against your account as this counts as a 'No Show'.
If this happens more than once, you run the risk of having your Helpling account suspended or even completely removed. It is very important to let either Helpling and/or the customer know when you will not be attending a booking.
