If you know you are going to reach the customer's house late, please immediately inform the customer through messages or through calling. It is very important that you keep the customer updated as to some customers, punctuality is very important. They might not wait for you as they may think that you are not going to show up. If you are unable to contact the customer, please contact us straight away.
You can easily retrieve the customer's contact number available on our platform by going to 'More', then scroll down until you see 'Customers'. Select the customer that you would like to contact then click either the 'Call' or 'Chat' function as you deem appropriate.
