You can accept all the tips a customer offers. Most customers are generous if you do a great job and tips occur frequently.
However, please clarify with the customer that this is a tip and not intended as cash payment for the job done. Helpling takes a very serious stance on accepting cash payments, and if investigations reveal that the "tip" received was, in fact, cash payment according to the customer, we will not hesitate to suspend or even terminate your account.
