You can change the conditions of booking if (and only if): 

 

1. You have previously agreed to this change with your client 

2. You have already completed at least three sessions for this client


Changes can be made up to 24 hours before the job.

 

To make the modifications, please follow these steps:

1. Head to your 'Calendar' and click on the appointment that you would like to change

2. Scroll down and click 'Change this booking' in red


You must confirm that you have accepted the change with the customer prior to submitting the request and that if the client does not agree, all future sessions will be canceled. Click "Yes, it is confirmed with the customer".


You can make changes to the date, time and duration of the booking. 


For other changes or cancellations, please reach out to our support team. All other changes or cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
